Welcoming new starter Tom Groombridge

New starter blog questions

Tom Groombridge - Business Development Manager

What’s your working background, and how did you come to work for Newicon?

  • Pre university, I cut my teeth in several sales and customer service based roles including taking gas emergency calls at National Grid along with working for Barclays and Santadar. After shortlisting local software agencies in the Bristol area I wanted to work for, Newicon stood out amongst the crowd for their progressive approach to software development and shared cultural values.
