Bondzai will bring innovative real-time edge AI capabilities to Linebreak's platform, enabling enterprises to radically improve the resilience and quality of their manufacturing systems.

Linebreak integrates innovative technologies to rapidly deliver enterprise-grade edge solutions. As part of the Linebreak platform, Bondzai will enable enterprises to deploy solutions in the on-site and physical edge through iDetect-4.0, its cloudless AI adaptive learning (AIOT) system.

iDetect-4.0 uses a novel autonomous offline MLOps approach, avoiding model drift by continuously learning on device from 'live' sound data generated by production processes. This enables the prediction and detection of faults beyond what is possible with vision systems. Early processing of complex data at the edge also ensures the identification and filtering of relevant data only, reducing bandwidth and storage needs by 90%.
